During the event
Look out for the volunteers and ensure that the event runs smoothly
This includes:
Guiding the volunteers if any problems arise
Looking out for the well-being of the volunteers eg. ensure that they are hydrated and have their meals
After the event
We suggest:
Gathering the volunteers for a debrief
Passing out evaluation forms to collate their thoughts and feedback
Thanking the volunteers
Tips to an impactful debrief:
Remind them of the significance of interfaith collaboration and their efforts in building social cohesion
